The owner learned each of these on his own jobs, usually by getting one wrong. Read them before you order for Chico and you get the lesson without paying for the callback.
Test the slab first
Do not guess about moisture. A reading from the slab tells us whether a moisture vapor barrier belongs under the system, and it costs far less than a callback.
Order the whole system
Mixing brands layer by layer is a gamble. Order the base through the topcoat as one stack so each coat is meant to bond to the next.
Do not skip the prep kit
Diamond tooling, the right roller and squeegee, silica and aggregate. The floor fails at the prep, not the pretty part.
Plan your delivery

Not by trade. Supply and training are the business; the owner takes on a select install now and then, but we are not out bidding against you.
