What we ship to Contra Costa
From garages to commercial kitchens, the floors going down across Contra Costa County all start with the same decision, namely what material to trust. We make that decision easier with a shelf that has already been tested for you.
Epoxy build coats, polyaspartic topcoats, metallic pigments, decorative flake, quartz, moisture barriers and the tooling that goes with them. Every line was run on a real pour before it earned shelf space, so what reaches Contra Costa is already proven, and if a product cannot survive the owner’s own job site it never makes it onto the truck to yours.
The orders headed to Contra Costa cover the whole catalog. Decorative flake systems go out for garages, metallic systems for the floors meant to be looked at, quartz broadcast where a slip-resistant texture matters, and moisture vapor barriers for slabs that tested wet. Urethane cement systems go out for rooms that see hot water and wash-downs. Whatever the system, it ships with the pieces it needs: base, build coat, decorative layer and topcoat, plus the prep tooling and consumables. If a product is on the truck, the owner has put it down on a real job before it got shelf space.
We are the supplier. You are the floor. We make sure the material never lets you down.

The lines we ship to Contra Costa.
These lines are here because they passed a test on a working slab, and each one comes with someone who can answer for it when a job gets tricky. Read up on one, then call when you have the numbers.
Epoxy Systems
100% solids base and build coats, the structural body under most floors.
Polyaspartic Coatings
Fast-cure, UV-stable topcoats and one-day systems for crews on a clock.
Metallic Flooring Systems
Metallic pigments, bases and clears for floors that move under the lamp.
Decorative Flake
House-blended flake in stock colors and custom mixes, by the box or the bag.
Quartz Broadcast
Graded, kiln-dried quartz for double-broadcast floors that take real abuse.
Moisture Vapor Barrier
MVB primers that seal a green or damp slab before the finish goes down.
Tooling, Prep & Consumables
Diamond tooling, rollers, squeegees, mixing gear, silica and aggregates.
Before you order
Four things that decide the floor.
The owner learned each of these on his own jobs, usually by getting one wrong. Read them before you order for Contra Costa and you get the lesson without paying for the callback.
Test the slab first
Do not guess about moisture. A reading from the slab tells us whether a moisture vapor barrier belongs under the system, and it costs far less than a callback.
Order the whole system
One order covers the base, build coat, decorative layer and topcoat. Spec them together and they are built to work as one floor.
Do not skip the prep kit
Nobody looks at the grind or the silica once the floor is done, but both decide whether it holds. Put them on the same order as the resin.
Plan your delivery
From Contra Costa the freight is quick, but plan a little lead time on big pallet orders so the schedule does not wait on the truck.

Questions from the bench
Supplying Contra Costa, answered.
Do you deliver to Contra Costa?
Yes. An easy run from Tracy. Freight is quick and pickup is worth the drive for a big order. Contra Costa is about 45 road miles from our Tracy bench, and we run material out there regularly for the crews working that market.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Local pickup at the Tracy bench is always open. Reach out first and we will stage your order so it is ready when you arrive, and for a large order the drive is usually worth it to skip the freight.
Do you offer contractor pricing in Contra Costa?
Yes. Tell us what you run and your typical volume and we will set up terms. Crews that order regularly get the best pricing.
Do you install floors?
No. We are a supply house and training academy, not a flooring contractor. We get you the proven material and the know-how; you or your crew lay the floor. If you want to learn the systems hands-on, that is exactly what the academy is for.
What sells most in Contra Costa?
Epoxy build coats and polyaspartic topcoats move constantly, with metallics and flake close behind. Tell us the slab and we will point you to the right line.
Rooted here
Tracy, California, and proud of it.
The owner wanted a community where knowledge gets shared instead of guarded, and that starts with the town you work in. Here that means a seat in the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce and sponsoring Lathrop Little League and the Junior Spartans. Customers now order from across the country, and it all ships from one bench in the valley.
We ship coast to coast. This bench is still home.
