SimironPolyaspartic coatings
Fast cure, UV stable, built for the clock.
Fast-cure, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats and one-day floor systems for crews on a clock. Field-tested and shipped nationwide from Exclusive Resin Supply.

What it is
When the floor has to be back in service tomorrow.
Polyaspartics cure fast and hold their color in sunlight, which is why they finish so many garage and commercial floors. We stock the topcoats and one-day systems that let a crew grind, coat, broadcast, and seal inside a single working window.
Used right, they are the difference between a two-day job and a one-day job. Used wrong, the pot life will punish you, so we will talk you through it.
Speed is only an advantage if you respect the pot life.
Where it shines
Where it earns its place.
The polyaspartic shelf exists for crews that get paid by the floor, not by the hour. A one-day garage system means you grind in the morning, broadcast and coat by midday, and the customer parks on it the next day. That is real money on a route of residential jobs.
The trade-off is discipline. The pot life is short and unforgiving, so you mix what you can lay and you keep moving. We will not sell you a fast system without telling you how to run it, because a rushed polyaspartic floor is a callback waiting to happen.

Tested before it ships
The owner’s read on it.
Every fast-cure system here has been run on a real one-day floor by the owner. If the pot life or the cure caught us out, it would catch you out too, so it does not get sold.

Questions from the bench
Spec & support
Why choose polyaspartic over epoxy topcoat?
Speed and UV stability. Polyaspartics cure faster and resist yellowing in sunlight, which matters for garages and any floor that sees daylight.
Can I really finish a garage in one day?
With the right system and prep, yes. The pot life is short, so the workflow has to be dialed in. We will walk you through the sequence.
Will it yellow in the sun?
A quality UV-stable polyaspartic holds its color far better than standard epoxy. That is exactly why we stock it.
How is the pot life?
Shorter than epoxy, which catches people out. Mix in batches you can lay down in time. Call us and we will help you plan it.
Can it go over an existing epoxy floor?
Often yes, with proper prep and adhesion testing. Tell us what is down now and we will advise.
Rooted here
Tracy, California, and proud of it.
A crew on the other side of the country can order from us the same way a shop down the road does, and plenty do. Growing past the valley did not change who we back at home: Lathrop Little League, the Junior Spartans, and the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce, where we hold a membership.
We ship coast to coast. This bench is still home.
