SimironHow it goes down
How a resin floor actually installs.
The real workflow, slab to seal, for crews pouring our systems. We do not install for you. We make sure you do it right the first time.

Before you open a pail
The pour is the easy part.
Every system we stock has a slightly different rhythm, but the bones are the same on every floor. Prep decides whether the system bonds, the broadcast decides the look, and the topcoat decides how long it lasts. Get the order right and the materials do their job.
This is the short version of what we teach at the bench. If you want the long version, with your hands in it, the academy is open.
Almost every floor that fails, failed at prep.

The workflow
Slab to seal, in six moves.
Read the slab
Before anything opens, you test the concrete. Moisture, pH, and profile decide the whole system. A floor that fails almost always failed here, on day one, because someone skipped the read.
Profile and prep
Grind to a CSP-2 to CSP-3 profile so the resin has something to bite. Patch the spalls, chase the cracks, vacuum twice. The prep is the job; the pour is the easy part.
Lay the base
Mix to ratio, by weight, every time. The base coat wets out the profile and locks the floor down. Watch your pot life and keep a wet edge. This is where the bond lives.
Broadcast or pour the look
Flake goes to refusal while the base is wet. Metallic gets placed, then moved with a torch and a light touch. Quartz broadcasts in graded lifts. The look is set in these minutes.
Scrape, sand, and clean
Once it cures, knock down the high points, sand the broadcast back flat, and clean every speck. A topcoat only looks as good as the surface under it.
Seal it
Roll the topcoat in a controlled coat, keep your wet edge, and let it cure undisturbed. Polyaspartic for a fast turn and UV hold, epoxy for build. Then the floor is yours.
Where to get the material
One shelf, matched and proven.
Every product in this workflow lives on our shelf, field-tested by the owner before it earned a spot. Base, color, and topcoat are matched to work together, so you are not guessing whether a topcoat will amber over a metallic or lift off a flake floor.
Tell us the slab and the look, and we will spec the exact stack and ship it, or stage it for pickup in Tracy.

Questions from the bench
Before you pour.
Do you install floors for me?
No. Exclusive Resin Supply is a supply house and training academy, not a flooring contractor. This guide is for crews pouring our systems. If you want to learn it hands-on, that is what the academy is for.
How long does a resin floor take to install?
Most jobs run one to three days depending on the system and the slab. A polyaspartic garage can go down in a day; a full broadcast build with epoxy needs cure time between coats.
What is the most common mistake?
Skipping the slab read and under-profiling. Almost every floor that fails, fails at prep, not at the topcoat. Test moisture and grind to profile before you open a single pail.
Can I learn this in person?
Yes. The training academy runs hands-on sessions on the exact systems in this guide, taught by installers who pour them for a living. Bring the crew.
Which system should I start with?
Tell us the slab and the look you want. Most crews start with a matched base and topcoat from one of our proven lines. Call the bench and we will spec the stack with you.
