Why Kings contractors order from Tracy
Crews working in Kings County have the same problem everywhere: the local big-box stocks one house brand, and it is rarely the right one for the slab in front of you. A curated shelf and a real conversation fix that.
Because you will hear it from us when a less expensive line will hold up on your slab just as well. We carry products from a range of trusted manufacturers at different price levels, and the point of that range is to fit the job, so a crew can bid competitively without gambling on material nobody here has tried.
The reason crews keep coming back is simple. When a floor in Kings starts behaving badly at four in the afternoon, you do not want a call center. You want someone who has poured that exact system and can tell you in one sentence what went wrong. That is who answers the phone here, and it is why nothing gets shelf space on a rep’s say-so. We carry more brands than the big-box counter, but every one of them went down on the owner’s own jobs first, and every product you order has already been tested on a real slab before it ever reached you.
We are the supplier. You are the floor. We make sure the material never lets you down.

The lines we ship to Kings.
Every one of these was run on a real pour before it earned shelf space. Browse a line, then call the bench with the slab and the quantities and we will spec it for the job.
Epoxy Systems
100% solids base and build coats, the structural body under most floors.
Polyaspartic Coatings
Fast-cure, UV-stable topcoats and one-day systems for crews on a clock.
Metallic Flooring Systems
Metallic pigments, bases and clears for floors that move under the lamp.
Decorative Flake
House-blended flake in stock colors and custom mixes, by the box or the bag.
Quartz Broadcast
Graded, kiln-dried quartz for double-broadcast floors that take real abuse.
Moisture Vapor Barrier
MVB primers that seal a green or damp slab before the finish goes down.
Tooling, Prep & Consumables
Diamond tooling, rollers, squeegees, mixing gear, silica and aggregates.
Before you order
Four things that decide the floor.
Get these four right and most of the trouble on a resin floor never shows up. If you are unsure about any of them on a job in Kings, call before the order goes in and we will work it out with you.
Test the slab first
Find out how much moisture the concrete is holding before the resin goes down. A quick reading tells us whether your system needs a vapor barrier underneath.
Order the whole system
Give us the square footage and the look, and we will size every layer from base to topcoat so nothing runs short mid-pour.
Do not skip the prep kit
The squeegee and the roller touch every coat. Match them to the system and the material goes down the way it was meant to.
Plan your delivery
Kings is a longer haul, so order the full system at once rather than in pieces, since it saves you freight and keeps the job moving.

Built for the work in Kings
Commercial work in Kings brings its own demands: wet floors, hot water, chemicals and heavy traffic. Urethane cement and quartz broadcast systems are built for that, and we stock both alongside the residential lines. Tell us what the room goes through every day and we will match the system to it.

Questions from the bench
Supplying Kings, answered.
Do you deliver to Kings?
Yes. Further out, but the shelf still reaches you. We palletize and ship anywhere in the country. Kings is about 150 road miles from our Tracy bench, and we run material out there regularly for the crews working that market.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Local pickup at the Tracy bench is always open. Reach out first and we will stage your order so it is ready when you arrive, and for a large order the drive is usually worth it to skip the freight.
Do you offer contractor pricing in Kings?
Yes. Tell us what you run and your typical volume and we will set up terms. Crews that order regularly get the best pricing.
Do you install floors?
No. We are a supply house and training academy, not a flooring contractor. We get you the proven material and the know-how; you or your crew lay the floor. If you want to learn the systems hands-on, that is exactly what the academy is for.
What sells most in Kings?
Epoxy build coats and polyaspartic topcoats move constantly, with metallics and flake close behind. Tell us the slab and we will point you to the right line.
Rooted here
Tracy, California, and proud of it.
Our seat in the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce keeps us answerable to the businesses down the road. We sponsor Lathrop Little League and the Junior Spartans because those families live here too. Freight goes out nationwide, and every box still starts on the bench in the valley.
We ship coast to coast. This bench is still home.
