Why Cupertino contractors order from Tracy
From garages to commercial kitchens, the floors going down across Cupertino all start with the same decision, namely what material to trust. We make that decision easier with a shelf that has already been tested for you.
Because a phone tree and a single house brand do not help when a floor is fighting you. You reach a person who has used what we sell, and you get a wider range of trusted manufacturers than the local counter carries, chosen for how they actually behave on a slab rather than what a rep is pushing this quarter.
Exclusive Resin Supply runs a training academy alongside the shop, which means the people selling you a metallic or flake system in Cupertino can also teach you to put it down. For a newer installer that shortens the learning curve the owner had to climb on his own jobs. For a seasoned crew it means a second opinion from someone who teaches the method, any time a floor does something unexpected. The help does not end when the order ships. Call with the slab in front of you and we will work through it with you, the same way we would in a class.
Proven material, a straight answer, and it gets to Cupertino. That is the whole job.

On the shelf for this job
On the truck
The lines we ship to Cupertino.
Epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic, flake, quartz, moisture barrier and the tooling to prep for all of it. Each one has a page with the details. When you know the slab and the look, call us and we will match the products to the job.
Epoxy Systems
100% solids base and build coats, the structural body under most floors.
Polyaspartic Coatings
Fast-cure, UV-stable topcoats and one-day systems for crews on a clock.
Metallic Flooring Systems
Metallic pigments, bases and clears for floors that move under the lamp.
Decorative Flake
House-blended flake in stock colors and custom mixes, by the box or the bag.
Quartz Broadcast
Graded, kiln-dried quartz for double-broadcast floors that take real abuse.
Moisture Vapor Barrier
MVB primers that seal a green or damp slab before the finish goes down.
Tooling, Prep & Consumables
Diamond tooling, rollers, squeegees, mixing gear, silica and aggregates.
Before you order
Four things that decide the floor.
The color and the finish get the attention, but none of these four has anything to do with looks. They decide whether the job goes smoothly and the floor stays down. Check each one before you order for Cupertino.
Test the slab first
More callbacks trace back to moisture than to anything else. Get a reading before you order, and if it comes back high we will put a moisture vapor barrier in the stack.
Order the whole system
One order covers the base, build coat, decorative layer and topcoat. Spec them together and they are built to work as one floor.
Do not skip the prep kit
Diamond tooling, the right roller and squeegee, silica and aggregate. The floor fails at the prep, not the pretty part.
Plan your delivery
From Cupertino the freight is quick, but plan a little lead time on big pallet orders so the schedule does not wait on the truck.

Questions from the bench
Supplying Cupertino, answered.
Do you ship epoxy to Cupertino?
Yes. An easy run from Tracy. Freight is quick and pickup is worth the drive for a big order. Cupertino is about 64 road miles from our Tracy bench, in Santa Clara, and we ship there regularly for contractors and serious DIY pros alike.
Can I pick up in Tracy instead?
Sure. Hauling your own material means you can check every pail and box before it leaves. Reach out first and we will have the full order staged and counted at the bench.
Do you have contractor pricing for Cupertino crews?
Yes. Tell us your typical volume and we will set up terms. Regular orders get the best pricing.
Are you a flooring contractor?
Not by trade. Supply and training are the business; the owner takes on a select install now and then, but we are not out bidding against you. We stock epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic, flake and quartz systems for the people who do, and we run a training academy for installers who want to sharpen their work. The floor itself is always your crew’s work.
What should a Cupertino installer start with?
Start with a conversation about the slab. Once we know its age, condition and moisture reading, picking the base and topcoat is straightforward, and we will size the rest around them.
Rooted here
Tracy, California, and proud of it.
The owner wanted a community where knowledge gets shared instead of guarded, and that starts with the town you work in. Here that means a seat in the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce and sponsoring Lathrop Little League and the Junior Spartans. Customers now order from across the country, and it all ships from one bench in the valley.
We ship coast to coast. This bench is still home.
