Why Soledad contractors order from Tracy
Soledad keeps a lot of installers busy, and a busy installer cannot afford a product that fails on a Friday. That is the gap this shelf fills, with proven material that ships when you need it.
Because you will hear it from us when a less expensive line will hold up on your slab just as well. We carry products from a range of trusted manufacturers at different price levels, and the point of that range is to fit the job, so a crew can bid competitively without gambling on material nobody here has tried.
The reason crews keep coming back is simple. When a floor in Soledad starts behaving badly at four in the afternoon, you do not want a call center. You want someone who has poured that exact system and can tell you in one sentence what went wrong. That is who answers the phone here, and it is why nothing gets shelf space on a rep’s say-so. We carry more brands than the big-box counter, but every one of them went down on the owner’s own jobs first, and every product you order has already been tested on a real slab before it ever reached you.
Proven material, a straight answer, and it gets to Soledad. That is the whole job.

The lines we ship to Soledad.
Every one of these was run on a real pour before it earned shelf space. Browse a line, then call the bench with the slab and the quantities and we will spec it for the job.
Epoxy Systems
100% solids base and build coats, the structural body under most floors.
Polyaspartic Coatings
Fast-cure, UV-stable topcoats and one-day systems for crews on a clock.
Metallic Flooring Systems
Metallic pigments, bases and clears for floors that move under the lamp.
Decorative Flake
House-blended flake in stock colors and custom mixes, by the box or the bag.
Quartz Broadcast
Graded, kiln-dried quartz for double-broadcast floors that take real abuse.
Moisture Vapor Barrier
MVB primers that seal a green or damp slab before the finish goes down.
Tooling, Prep & Consumables
Diamond tooling, rollers, squeegees, mixing gear, silica and aggregates.
Before you order
Four things that decide the floor.
Think of this as the checklist to run before the pallet gets built. A floor in Soledad that goes wrong has usually skipped one of these four, and each one is cheap to get right up front.
Test the slab first
An old slab and a new one can both carry moisture you cannot see. Test before you pour and we will add a barrier to the order if the result calls for one.
Order the whole system
Buy the layers as a set that was tested together. A topcoat that fights the build coat under it will show up on the floor.
Do not skip the prep kit
The squeegee and the roller touch every coat. Match them to the system and the material goes down the way it was meant to.
Plan your delivery
Soledad is a longer haul, so order the full system at once rather than in pieces, since it saves you freight and keeps the job moving.

Questions from the bench
Supplying Soledad, answered.
Do you ship epoxy to Soledad?
Yes. Further out, but the shelf still reaches you. We palletize and ship anywhere in the country. Soledad is about 110 road miles from our Tracy bench, in Monterey, and we ship there regularly for contractors and serious DIY pros alike.
Can I pick up in Tracy instead?
Always. Reach out first and we will stage your order at the bench so it is ready when you pull up, and for a big order the drive in usually beats paying freight.
Do you have contractor pricing for Soledad crews?
Yes. Tell us your typical volume and we will set up terms. Regular orders get the best pricing.
Are you a flooring contractor?
No. We sell resinous flooring systems and teach people how to install them through our training academy. If you came here looking for someone to coat your garage, ask us. The owner takes a select few installs himself, and otherwise we will point you to a trained installer who buys from us and has someone to call when the job gets difficult.
What should a Soledad installer start with?
Tell us the slab and the look. Most jobs start with the right epoxy build coat and a topcoat; we will spec the exact stack with you.
Rooted here
Tracy, California, and proud of it.
Veteran-managed, and we hire veterans. That shows up in how carefully orders get checked and packed before they leave the valley. The local ties are real too: we are members of the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce and sponsors of Lathrop Little League and the Junior Spartans.
We ship coast to coast. This bench is still home.
